Returns & Exchange Policy

• We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• In order to request an alteration or remake, you must contact our customer care expert.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
• Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

PECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOM SHIRT ORDERS

• We happily accept request for any changes in custom sizes/style if our customers are not fully satisfied with the fit.
• Custom shirts are made with specific customer requirements, hence custom orders are non-refundable and.
• However, we are always ready for shortening/tightening the shirts.
• We offer free remakes in case of errors from our side only. (Subject to fabric availability)
